A warm welcome awaits at this traditional Victorian terraced house with many original features, situated in a peaceful location, with an old fashioned garden, yet close to the town centre (only 4 minutes walk) .

Ducks Crossing has 3 bedrooms (click here for more details), all en-suite, with very comfortable super king sized beds, which can be converted to six singles. Each room has colour TV, radio, coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, heated towel rails and central heating.

Prices £40 - £55 p.p.p.n

The house is reached by crossing the footbridge over the Kinnessburn - usually full of ducks (hence the house name) and is a peaceful haven in this busy town. 

Free parking is located opposite the house - you do not need to move your car once you have arrived, everything is within walking distance.

Booking in advance is essential.
